We are a company in the event planning industry currently looking for someone to help lead and expand our sales team. Our company specializes in booking high profile people - past CEOs, motivational speakers, and researchers at conferences. What makes us different from other companies in our field is that we leverage remote teams, start of the art tools, and data solutions in order to better serve our clients. The team is based in several continents: Asia, North and South America.

This is an extremely unique opportunity where the candidate will lead a team of 10 account managers that do a mix of calling and emailing in order to book our clients speaking engagements. Currently, our team has systems, KPIs, and pipelines in place but we are looking for someone to help expand this team, our client base, and provide guidance to our veterans on how to be more effective in acquiring new business. The candidate will work closely with the CEO on sales strategy and execution.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coaching each account manager on how to exceed their quotas.
  • ‘Barging’ or live coaching with account managers.
  • Doing pipeline reviews with our client teams.
  • Collaborating with our leadership team to set monthly and quarterly growth targets.
  • Closing deals (speaking engagements for CEO)

Job Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of leading teams in outbound sales.
  • Experience in telemarketing roles.
  • Strong English writing and speaking skills.
  • Experience working with remote teams.
  • Strong internet connection.
  • Quiet working environment.

We will provide all the basic tools such as a basic CRM, calling software, and G-suite.
