Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support a high-performing sales organization within a fast-paced, U.S.-based consulting environment. This is not a sales or quota-carrying role. Instead, it is a sales operations and administrative support position focused on coordination, data accuracy, process management, and internal execution.

The Sales Coordinator will function as a task-master, Salesforce administrator (operational), and sales operations support partner, working closely with Managing Partners and sales leadership. This role ensures that Salesforce data integrity, reporting, internal coordination, and candidate/client workflows are accurate, timely, and well-organized.

This position is ideal for a professional who thrives in structured, analytical, and process-driven environments, enjoys behind-the-scenes impact, and takes ownership of operational excellence. If you enjoy supporting sales teams through systems, data, and coordination rather than selling, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce CRM & Data Management

  • Maintain accurate and complete Salesforce data, including accounts, contacts, opportunities, notes, metrics, and supporting documentation.
  • Generate, maintain, and distribute Salesforce reports and dashboards to support pipeline visibility, forecasting, and prioritization.
  • Conduct regular CRM data audits to ensure compliance, completeness, and data hygiene across all records.

Sales Operations & Internal Support

  • Support the sales team with corporate processes, task prioritization, and workflow coordination to enable revenue-generating activities.
  • Assist with account planning documentation, ensuring materials remain aligned with sales priorities and timelines.
  • Support sales initiatives, internal events, metric tracking, and ad-hoc operational needs as directed by Managing Partners.

Meeting & Workflow Coordination

  • Schedule and coordinate internal meetings, planning sessions, sales huddles, and reviews, ensuring agendas and materials are prepared in advance.
  • Track action items, follow-ups, deadlines, and dependencies to ensure consistent execution and accountability.

Client & Candidate Lifecycle Support

  • Act as a coordination point for job requisitions, interviews, placements, onboarding, and off-boarding activities.
  • Liaise with vendor partners, VMS platforms, and internal account teams to ensure operational compliance and timely updates.
  • Manage ATS workflows, including candidate submissions, interview preparation materials, documentation tracking, and launch logistics for new placements.

Administrative & Reporting Support

  • Perform structured data entry and documentation management across Salesforce, ATS, and internal systems.
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and operational updates to support leadership decision-making and visibility.

Desired Traits & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Coordinator, Sales Operations, Sales Administrator, CRM Administrator, or similar support roles.
  • Strong Salesforce proficiency (required), including reporting, dashboards, and data maintenance.
  • Experience working with ATS platforms, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
  • Highly detail-oriented with consistent follow-through and accountability.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proactive, reliable, and comfortable taking ownership without constant supervision.
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week), Monday–Friday, aligned with U.S. CST/EST business hours.
  • Professional maturity, discretion, and reliability when handling sensitive data.

Why Join Us?

  • Work with a collaborative, people-focused U.S. consulting team.
  • 100% remote role with long-term growth potential.
  • Opportunity to build deep expertise in Salesforce, sales operations, and enterprise-level coordination.
  • Thrive in an environment that values clarity, accountability, ownership, and operational excellence.

Compensation & Schedule

  • Compensation will be disclosed during the first interview.
  • Full-time role, 40 hours per week.
  • Monday–Friday, aligned with U.S. CST/EST time zones.

If you are a systems-minded Sales Coordinator who enjoys creating structure, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting sales teams from behind the scenes, apply now.

This is an opportunity to join a growing consulting organization where operational excellence directly impacts business success.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Lead / Scrum Master to join a U.S.-based technology consulting firm delivering complex Salesforce implementations for enterprise and high-growth clients.

This role is not entry-level. It requires hands-on experience leading Salesforce projects end-to-end, working directly with clients, technical teams, and stakeholders. You will serve as the operational and delivery bridge between business needs and technical execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high client satisfaction.

If you already know Salesforce and have real project management experience, this is an opportunity to step into a high-impact, fully remote role supporting U.S. clients.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Project Leadership

  • Lead Salesforce implementation projects from discovery through deployment and post-launch support.
  • Facilitate client discovery sessions with technical and functional stakeholders to define business needs and solution scope.
  • Translate client requirements into detailed functional requirements, user stories, and delivery plans.
  • Partner closely with Functional and Technical Leads to ensure accurate execution of Salesforce solutions.

Agile & Scrum Delivery

  • Plan and manage Agile and Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, demos, and retrospectives.
  • Track sprint progress, velocity, burn-downs, and delivery milestones.
  • Ensure teams have the required Salesforce environments, sandboxes, licenses, and access to begin work.

Project Governance & Risk Management

  • Own project schedules, timelines, budgets, and change management.
  • Identify project risks early and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delivery or budget impact.
  • Prepare and deliver regular project status reports, burn reports, forecasts, and executive updates.
  • Escalate risks and blockers clearly and proactively to internal leadership and client stakeholders.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Build trusted client relationships by setting expectations, communicating clearly, and delivering consistently.
  • Support clients during and after implementation to ensure adoption and long-term success.

Required Skills & Experience (Non-Negotiable)

  • 2–5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Project Lead, managing medium to large-scale projects.
  • Hands-on experience leading Salesforce implementations (this is required).
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce environments, workflows, and implementation lifecycle.
  • Experience working with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Scrum Master certification or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into technical and functional requirements.
  • Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
  • Excellent documentation, reporting, and presentation skills.
  • Advanced organizational, planning, and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft tools including Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment aligned with U.S. time zones (CST/EST).

Nice to Have

  • Salesforce certifications.
  • Experience working in consulting or professional services environments.
  • Exposure to enterprise or multi-stakeholder Salesforce projects.

Why Join This Role?

  • Work with a highly collaborative, people-focused U.S. consulting team.
  • 100% remote role with long-term growth potential.
  • Opportunity to deepen expertise in Salesforce delivery, Agile leadership, and enterprise project management.
  • Thrive in an environment that values clarity, accountability, ownership, and operational excellence.
