We take charge of preparing all the necessary interview materials, which often includes a custom case scenario designed to evaluate candidates qualitatively. For example, Travel Coordinators applying for the role may be asked to review an itinerary live with one of our recruiters to ensure they demonstrate proper attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
Once the candidate pool is assessed, we present the cream of the crop, the top-tier candidates, for your review. This is an interactive presentation of the candidates where the WeRemoto teams comes alongside and helps talk through pros and cons of each of the candidates we are presenting. Along with presenting the profiles of the candidates, we also share the recorded interviews so that you can watch the candidate in action.
After you get a chance to conduct a final interview with the candidate, the final step is to bring the candidate onboard your team. We help facilitate an onboarding meeting for you and the team member and produce an onboarding document that ensures the success of your new hire.
