Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations to clients.
- Oversee bookkeeping, financial planning, forecasting, and strategic growth advisory.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Work independently and remotely, managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Utilize financial software and tools, including accounting systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial operations, preferably in service businesses and e-commerce.
- Leadership experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.
- Good English language ability; accent is not a priority.
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience with FathomHQ, Xero Books, Solver Global, and INxSQL.
