Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize strategies to maximize ROI.
Develop and distribute customer communications including newsletters, social media posts, and targeted emails to engage and retain existing customers.
Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, conversions, engagement, and audience growth.
Implement strategies to expand our audiences and reach new prospects, continually optimizing tactics based on performance data.
Work closely with customers to create case studies, testimonials, and success stories showcasing the value of our products or services.
Plan and host webinars, events, and workshops to educate prospects and customers, driving brand awareness and thought leadership.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in marketing in a startup, preferably in a Data, DevTools, or B2B SaaS environment.
Proven track record of successfully planning and executing customer-focused marketing initiatives such as webinars, case studies, and customer training programs.
Experience with HubSpot, webinar platforms, and marketing automation tools is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
