A software start-up is looking for an HR Admin to help streamline processes and enhance employee experiences! We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional with expertise in HR operations, payroll management, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
✨ Support recruitment (applicant tracking, scheduling interviews, maintaining job postings).
✨ Handle global and US payroll, reimbursements, and benefits.
✨ Maintain accurate employee records and documentation (onboarding/offboarding).
✨ Serve as a point of contact for candidates and employees regarding HR queries.
✨ Use tools like Airtable, CRMs, and HRIS systems to optimize processes.
Requirements:
✔️ Experience in HR administration or similar roles.
✔️ Strong knowledge of payroll systems and benefits management.
✔️ Proficiency in HR tools and excellent communication skills.
✔️ Highly organized and able to handle confidential information.
✔️ Location: LATAM (100% remote, Pacific time).
✔️ English proficiency required.
