Collecting and analyzing industry data and trends to provide recommendations
Developing specific marketing campaigns to reach merchants’ marketing goals
Brainstorming innovative campaign management strategies with Account Managers
Ensuring marketing campaigns align with branding
Researching, developing, and communicating strategic marketing plans to meet the company's goals.
Create reporting in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console (GSC) to provide general context, baseline metrics (if applicable) and explain month-over-month growth
Go above and beyond for your clients, ensuring the successful use of the OneLocal platform from the moment the contract is signed
Identify expansion opportunities to grow the business, adding value to your clients
Coordinate with the account manager(s) on customer interactions and marketing strategies on a daily basis
Work with the Agency team on deliverables for customers, including providing actionable requirements clearly and concisely
Tracking and reporting results to internal stakeholders
What You Bring
2 or more years experience as a customer-facing Marketing Strategist role in one of the following environments: SaaS organization, Marketing Agency, Tech Startup
Proficiency and applied knowledge in all areas of Technical SEO and SEO Optimized Content, including: keyword research, technical SEO, on- and off-page strategies, Google Business Profile review, content marketing, listings management, and analytics.
Strong knowledge of content marketing and inbound marketing best practices.
Knowledge of Google and Facebook advertising is essential
Familiarity with digital marketing principles, particularly in website design using platforms such as Duda, WordPress, or Shopify
You’ve got our customer’s best interest in your mind and will do whatever it takes to help them be successful with our solutions
Experience working with small & medium businesses is an asset but not required
Experience working with a high volume of clients
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to changing timelines and priorities
Ability to understand customer needs and determine its fit to our product offering
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Ability to quickly build rapport with clients and turn them into long-term partnerships
Proven ability to maintain professionalism and demonstrate courtesy towards clients
Demonstrates honesty and integrity
Questions the status quo and isn’t afraid to speak up
Familiarity or experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
Proficiency in project management software, including Jira
