About the role
This role involves managing the recruitment process end-to-end, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and utilizing various sourcing strategies to meet hiring goals and close our active deals.
Main responsibilities include:
- End-to-End Recruitment Management:
- Conduct kick-off meetings with clients to understand their hiring needs and role requirements.
- Align recruitment strategies with client expectations.
- Source, interview, and select candidates.
- Extend offers and facilitate the hiring process to deal closure.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Manage client communications and provide guidance throughout the hiring process, putting focus on high quality service and rapid response.
- Candidate Sourcing and Engagement:
- Utilize various sourcing strategies, including proactive outreach and database management.
- Connect with potential candidates and conduct interviews.
- Develop ongoing relationships and maintain continuous communication with candidates.
- Performance Metrics:
- Responsible for meeting key recruitment metrics such as time to hire, fulfillment rate, and conversion rate.
Desired Skills/Experience:
- 2+ years of recruiting end to end experience - agency setting is preferred
- Client/stakeholder management experience
- Ability to execute in a very fast-paced environment
- Remote work experience preferred
- Excellent English communication skills
