Responsibilities Include
- Drive Sales productivity by optimizing processes to meet Sales where they are and support them in the future.
- Act as subject matter expert for Americas sales data and forecasting process.
- Lead efforts to ensure SalesForce is properly utilized and appropriate deal hygiene is maintained.
- Design and execute reporting to account leaders on Sales pipeline status, KPIs
- Provide operational expertise to analyze and execute territory management and quota distribution efforts
- Conduct critical analyses in support of the business
- Lead problem solving efforts on operational issues within the business.
- Coach other team members on best practices and communication strategies
- Partner with critical groups like finance, product, and global sales operations to deliver functional initiatives.

Required Experience
Bilingual: Spanish (native), English (Conversational)
Bachelors Degree in Business Management or related/equivalent
5+ years in a sales or sales support function
Significant experience with SalesForce.com is a must. Ideally this person will have multiple years of hands-on opportunity management and dashboard/report usage and creation.
Significant experience coordinating with Finance and/or Marketing operations organizations is desired.
2 years in high value/low volume tech is highly desired
Strong Excel/Data Base experience
