Responsibilities

  • Prospecting/hunting into target accounts to generate appointments with contacts that meet the Ideal Customer Profile
  • Work and close deals that are generated mainly from your outbound prospecting efforts supplemented by some inbound leads as well
  • Perform discovery to qualify, provide demos, and educate leads on our capabilities and the value of our solution, converting them to sales.
  • Aggressively follow up with and close deals, efficiently handing them to the Customer Success team to onboard and manage.
  • Stay current with our product, the industry, and technologies to ensure you are a trusted resource to prospects.
  • Follow the established sales playbook processes and consistently use the CRM to document interactions ensuring efficient lead and opportunity management.
  • Hit daily activity goals, including 4 appointments, 50 calls, and 100 daily activities.
  • Develop and maintain daily plans to hit activity goals, maximize phone/Zoom time, and achieve a monthly sales quota of $30k.

Role-based Qualifications

  • Fluency in English with excellent spoken (C1) and written English skills to sell customers in the US and Canada
  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience as an AE (demos/closing) or an SDR (creating/qualifying opportunities) with B2B SaaS products selling into SMB and mid-market accounts
  • Proven experience developing and executing a plan around generating enough activity to achieve quota.
  • Strong capabilities to give online (Zoom) demos and presentations
  • Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, and strong writing skills
  • Strong problem solver who has a strong ability to learn new technology and ramp up quickly
  • Ability to work in a high-energy sales team environment as a team player
  • Organized and determined with an ability to work independently without a lot of direction
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Thrives in a highly competitive environment, must be driven by commissions, and can hit quota predictably
  • Able to attend real estate industry events in the US and Canada in person
