The Account Manager for Leica Biosystems is responsible for generating revenue and market share for LBS products and services from customers in a defined territory of responsibility. Actively manage existing LBS Accounts to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and maximize sales potential across the targeted portfolio. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Acquire and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of current product lines (AS/CH/DP) and applications. Proactively work with all LBS stakeholder to develop a sales plan for each account Visit all accounts to make contact in new position Acquire support for colleagues who may have previously managed your account/s Provide support for colleagues taking over any previous account Provide comprehensive monthly reports about key activities and market progression Travel: M ust be able to travel approximately 50 % of the time primarily within the region (Castille Y Leon, Castille La Mancha, Extremadura, Canarias) , this will vary depending on requirements. Overnight travel may be required. The essential requirements of the job include: University scientific bachelor’s degree or Technical Degree in Pathological Anatomy (Grado Superior FP Técnico de Anatomía Patológica) 3 years’ experience in sales in a biomedical industry Fluent in Spanish, English B2 professional It would be a plus: Previous experience in the Diagnostics industry and Medical tender process experience At Leica Biosystems we believe in designing a better, more sustainable workforce.
