Responsibilities

  • Consistently achieve the sales quota of 100% annual renewal success while selling $20k/month ($240k/year) in expansion sales.
  • Sales
  • Manage the sales process for customers for renewals and expansion sales
  • Engage with customers who request to cancel to salvage them
  • Prospect prior customers who canceled for reactivations
  • Drive customer adoption and retention
  • Build and manage effective relationships with our customers
  • Coach customers on how to succeed in growing their brokerage by improving their agent recruiting and retention
  • Keep in regular contact with customers to ensure their satisfaction and success
  • Reach out to customers and hold business reviews to drive success and expansion
  • Work with the Customer Success team to maintain customer satisfaction, drive adoption, and get renewals/expansion sales
  • Keep abreast of our product, the industry, and technologies to ensure you are a trusted resource to prospects
  • Follow the established sales processes and consistently use the CRM to document all interactions, ensuring efficient lead and opportunity management
  • Hit activity goals consistently for calls/appointments and maximize phone/Zoom time to drive the activity needed to hit the sales quota consistently

Required Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and sounds native working with US/Canada customers
  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales account management experience
  • Effective at coaching customers to success, and you are someone who customers will like, respect, and trust and want to work with
  • Can articulate how you developed an activity-based plan to achieve quota in the past
  • Strong capabilities to give online (Zoom) demos and presentations
  • Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, and strong writing skills
  • Strong problem solver who has a strong ability to learn new technology and ramp up quickly
  • Ability to thrive in a highly competitive, high-energy sales team environment while still being a team player
  • Can hit activity targets for calls/emails/appointments consistently
  • Organized and effectively documented activities in the CRM consistently
  • Ability to work independently without a lot of direction
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Able to travel to and attend real estate industry events as needed
