We’re currently looking for an Account Manager who will be responsible for growing our existing business and working closely with our customers. Our ideal candidate is someone who has worked in an account management role preferably in a startup, fast-paced environment, and enjoys the challenge of working with different customers with complex needs.
Your job will also be to close key account deals set up for you by our BDR’s and Account Executives (and source deals yourself where needed) by identifying pain points that e-commerce brands may have in their supply chain and selling to those points. We have started a SaaS platform, where customers get access to an Account Manager like yourself, our design team, and our vast factory network to manufacture the highest quality custom products imaginable.
What You’ll Do:
- Close and manage e-commerce companies on our SaaS platform
- Understand your customers’ needs and represent their interests to our factories
- Organize and manage a production schedule for your key accounts
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly
- Stay on top of accounts, making sure they receive services that are within their budget and meet their needs
- Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business
- Generate progress reports for customers and senior leaders within the organization
- Develop a strategic and targeted approach to attain and exceed annual sales quota and net retention targets
- Update your Hubspot pipeline religiously
- Maintain less than 5% customer churn
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of Account Management experience preferably in a startup environment
- 2+ years working with a CRM like Hubspot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.
- Experience with prospecting is a huge plus
- Experience in the e-commerce industry or FMCG space
- Demonstrated success in implementing sales strategies and exceeding objectives
- An interest in developing and selling sophisticated business solutions at the C-Suite level
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (English C2)
- The skill to effectively persuade internal and external decision-makers and achieve desired outcomes.
- Strong time management, organization and prioritization skills
- Remote-ready: owns a desktop/laptop with at least 8GB of RAM, noise-canceling headset, and a stable internet connection with at least 20mbps speed, with a quiet space to take calls
