Here, you will make an impact by : - Supporting the implementation and execution of the E&Ccompliance program in the Americas (United States, Canada, LatinAmerica and South America) through developing and deploying localtraining, guidance, risk assessments and communications on keyE&C policies, processes and the Solventum Code of Conduct,including with third party intermediary on-boarding.

• Supportingthe proactive identification of compliance risk and work withcommercial and operations stakeholders to mitigate such risks,including with third party intermediaries.
• Reviewing high risktransactions and engagements such as conflicts of interests, thirdparty intermediary due diligence, business programs and businesscourtesies (pre-approval and post activity monitoring).
• Supporting compliance governance processes in the Area to ensureleaders are setting the right tone, compliance has visibility tobusiness strategies, and key compliance initiatives are beingcascaded.
• Monitoring key compliance metrics and assisting withdeveloping action plans or strategies to address opportunitiesidentified from monitoring efforts as well as investigations.
• Acting as a point-of-contact for employees who have compliancequestions and respond to those questions, or direct employees tothe right resources to address the concern or question.

Your Skillsand Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one,Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications : -Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)- Seven (7) years of proven experience working in a public orprivate environment in the fields of ethics and compliance, law,finance, audit, or other roles involved with company governanceprocesses.

Experience working in healthcare or the life sciencesindustry with a multi-national corporation. - Fluent knowledge andunderstanding of applicable health care laws and regulationsrelated to interactions with government officials andorganizations, including health care professionals andorganizations (i.

e., U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, U.S.Antikickback Statute and similar Americas region equivalents) -Fluency in English AND In addition to the above requirements, thefollowing are also required : - Demonstrated leadership, projectmanagement and execution skills.

• Experience collaborating withmultiple functions and countries; ability to influence divergentpositions into a common standard.
• Ability to use Microsoft Officeproducts expertly; working familiarity with (proficiency desirable)platforms such as Concur, Salesforce.
