We are looking for a Customer Implementation Pilot to join our amazing team of A-players and drive instant impact for our customers. We are hiring people who have done it before.
Are you sure you're qualified for this role?
- Have you successfully managed customer implementations and driven product adoption while creating and maintaining an effective onboarding process?
- Are you skilled at handling multiple implementations simultaneously, both one-to-many and one-to-one, while ensuring each customer’s unique needs are met?
- Do you possess extensive product knowledge, allowing you to understand and communicate all features in a relatable and engaging way to current clients?
- Do you create engaging presentations and onboarding experiences that resonate with clients?
- Are you an autodidact, actively seeking the information needed to master your role and improve customer experiences?

Expectations for your first 90 days:
- Understands and can identify the user activation point: when the first process is built, engagement with key product features.
- Display a consultative skill set by demonstrating the ability to educate customers on property management best practices and use cases.
- Manages multiple one-to-one consulting projects concurrently while keeping 90% of projects on track with engagement.
- Tracks customer requests & uses Canny effectively to ensure the development has all the details needed and the product team doesn’t have to re-clarify consistently.
- Proactively takes initiative to propose extensions after successful process implementation.
A day in the life of…
- Oversee implementations from start to finish, monitoring progress and resolving issues to meet deadlines.
- Focus on helping clients fully understand and benefit from using LeadSimple.
- Proactively identify and suggest improvements to streamline the implementation process, delivering insights to relevant teams promptly.
- Create an onboarding experience that fosters client success stories, facilitated and recorded by the Pilots.
- Seek client feedback to enhance satisfaction and retention, acting on insights to ensure expectations are met.
- Use a consultative approach to uncover unmet needs and propose new work that drives additional sales.
- Document client requests and recommend product enhancements to improve sales potential and satisfaction.
