Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales:

  • Handle incoming inquiries (10-20 calls and 5-10 emails daily)
  • Create and send project proposals/quotes after reviewing architectural plans
  • Track and communicate project status updates to clients
  • Follow up on undelivered emails and resolve communication issues
  • Eventually support outbound sales and business development activities
  • Schedule and coordinate sales calls and potential partnership meetings

Project Coordination

  • Coordinate with the engineering team using Slack or equivalent apps
  • Manage project documentation and file uploads
  • Facilitate handoffs between US and international teams
  • Use Airtable for project tracking
  • Schedule client meetings

Requirements

  • Strong English communication skills
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software (Airtable, Zoho Desk, Zoho Cliq)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Professional demeanor for client interactions
