Be a bachelor’s graduate of Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or related fields
2+ years of work experience in Operations, Customer Service, Human Resources, or related fields
Excellent English verbal and written communications skills
Good command of MS Office applications
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented and adaptive
Possess an excellent work ethic and passion for helping others
Cultural awareness and emotional intelligence
Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity
Responsibilities:
Be the primary point of contact for candidates after being selected for our programs
Identifying qualified Participants possessing the good faith intent to cooperate in the visa application process.
Responsible for keeping candidates satisfied and delivering exceptional customer service
Develop and maintain a trusted relationship with our U.S. Partner
Organizations Support candidates with the preparation, control, and distribution of all required documents to apply for their Visa
Conduct coaching sessions with candidates prior to their Embassy Interview
Liaise between the candidates and our internal teams
Possess excellent time management, provide professional customer service at all times, and be able to balance multiple tasks and responsibilities at once
Employ critical thinking and creative problem[1]solving skills
