Key job responsibilities:

• Analyse and optimize operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs across various departments.
• Develop and implement business performance metrics to measure productivity and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with IT departments to implement and improve business systems and software tools.
• Facilitate cross-functional team projects to streamline operations and enhance collaboration between departments.
• Prepare detailed reports on business operations and present findings to senior management for strategic decision-making.
• Design and execute operational audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
• Investigate and resolve operational issues, providing solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Research and recommend new technologies or methodologies to improve business operations and competitive advantage.

If you want this position to be yours, we would like you to have the following:

• Graduated in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Programming and/or Related Studies with Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, Machine Learning or related field
• Experience in Telecom (Desirable)
• English Communication skills, both verbally and in writing is a must.
• Skills in Chinese or native chinese will be a plus
• Knowldege of programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, SQL.
• Strong skills in PowerBI
• Knowledge in Atlassian Tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
• Knowledge in Power Automate / Office 365 Structure
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS
• Knowledge in standards as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, GSMA SAS-UP, CMMI V3.0 (Desirable)
• Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics (Desirable)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
