Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, process-driven Deal Desk Project Manager to support senior leaders within a U.S.-based technology consulting firm. Although this role works closely with the sales organization, it is not a sales or quota carrying position. Instead, it is an execution focused, operational role responsible for managing deal workflows, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring accurate data, documentation, and follow through across the pre sales lifecycle.
This consulting environment moves quickly, operates across multiple time zones, and requires high standards of communication, structure, and accountability. The Deal Desk Project Manager plays a critical role in enabling Client Engagement and Consulting Delivery leaders by managing the operational backbone behind complex and non standard consulting pursuits.
If you thrive in structured environments, enjoy running projects end to end, and excel at keeping cross functional teams aligned and informed, this role may be a strong match.

- Serve as the central point of communication between Sales, Finance, Legal, Delivery, and other internal teams.
- Ensure all stakeholders have the right information at the right time to move deals forward efficiently and compliantly.
- Support proposal and RFP execution by coordinating inputs, deadlines, and version control.
Process, Documentation & Reporting
- Design, document, and improve Deal Desk processes to support scalability and consistency.
- Maintain shared documentation, templates, trackers, and process maps.
- Track and report on key deal metrics such as cycle time, approvals, exceptions, and outcomes.
