Responsibilities
- Understand our clients: Big Corp learning leaders, talent leaders, and HR (Human Resources) managers who manage leadership and transformation curricula within their region or country for mid-level managers or entry-level leaders.
- Identify and connect with potential clients through cold calling, emailing, networking events.
- Have a clear understanding of our clients' learning and development needs.
- Consultative selling: helping our clients with tailoring our solutions to their needs and integrating them into their current Talent Suite, both from a process and platform perspective.
- Meet and exceed sales goals consistently.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide regular updates to the sales team.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers and deliver persuasive sales presentations, both in-person and online.
- Analyze and report on customer behavior and insights to improve our digital sales strategy.
Requirements and Skills
- Spanish & English spoken (native or proficient)
- Proven experience in digital sales (learning products ideally) for Tier 1 clients (Audience: Program Mgr.., Learning Mgr., Talent Mgr. of Multinational Company, Big National Company. Tickets for 100+ users)
- Ability to diagnose, understand and weigh in on Learning, develop and overall Talent needs.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and online sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build relationships and engage customers effectively.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
