Key Responsibilities:
Develop compelling storytelling video content that showcases our clients' culture, values, and employee experiences.
Manage the production process, including scripting, shooting, editing, and distribution of video content.
Create and execute end-to-end employer branding strategies that align with our clients' goals and values.
Conduct research to understand our clients' target audience and competitive landscape.
Identify and leverage key employer branding channels and platforms.
Collaborate with web designers and developers to ensure our clients' websites reflect their employer brand effectively.
Optimize career pages and job postings for a seamless and engaging candidate experience.
Develop and execute social media strategies to build and maintain our clients' employer brand presence.
Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc.).
Provide training and support to clients on employer branding best practices.
Develop KPIs and metrics to measure the success of employer branding initiatives.
Prepare and present regular reports on employer branding activities and their impact on talent acquisition and retention.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Film, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or a related field.
Expertise in video branding, including experience with video production and editing software is a must have.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful employer branding strategies.
Knowledge of tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe and/or AI tools like Stable Diffusion, Sora
Experience managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
