Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop compelling storytelling video content that showcases our clients' culture, values, and employee experiences.
  • Manage the production process, including scripting, shooting, editing, and distribution of video content.
  • Create and execute end-to-end employer branding strategies that align with our clients' goals and values.
  • Conduct research to understand our clients' target audience and competitive landscape.
  • Identify and leverage key employer branding channels and platforms.
  • Collaborate with web designers and developers to ensure our clients' websites reflect their employer brand effectively.
  • Optimize career pages and job postings for a seamless and engaging candidate experience.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to build and maintain our clients' employer brand presence.
  • Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc.).
  • Provide training and support to clients on employer branding best practices.
  • Develop KPIs and metrics to measure the success of employer branding initiatives.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on employer branding activities and their impact on talent acquisition and retention.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Film, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or a related field.
  • Expertise in video branding, including experience with video production and editing software is a must have.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful employer branding strategies.
  • Knowledge of tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe and/or AI tools like Stable Diffusion, Sora
  • Experience managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
