Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support and assistance to the CEO & Executive Leadership team.
  • Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes.
  • Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of the executive leadership team, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
  • Responsible for tactical execution of gifting & bi-annual offsites
  • CEO calendar & inbox management
  • Assist in relationship management with CPO
  • Orchestrate the registration and arrangement for leadership speaking engagements.
  • Schedule traveling arrangements
  • Creating and adjusting processes as needed

Required Skills/Abilities


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.
  • Extremely proficient with Google Suites and Mac products.
  • Experience in start-ups is valued

Qualifications


  • Minimum of 5 years supporting C-Suite level leaders
  • Excellent spoken English - preferably has worked on an English speaking environment before
