Provide high-level administrative support and assistance to the CEO & Executive Leadership team.
Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes.
Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of the executive leadership team, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
Responsible for tactical execution of gifting & bi-annual offsites
CEO calendar & inbox management
Assist in relationship management with CPO
Orchestrate the registration and arrangement for leadership speaking engagements.
Schedule traveling arrangements
Creating and adjusting processes as needed
Required Skills/Abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.
Extremely proficient with Google Suites and Mac products.
Experience in start-ups is valued
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years supporting C-Suite level leaders
Excellent spoken English - preferably has worked on an English speaking environment before
