Responsibilities
- Sourcing: Actively identify and engage with potential candidates, contractors, and agencies through various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, industry events, referrals).
- Outreach: Develop and execute strategic outreach campaigns to build relationships with potential partners.
- Screening: Evaluate candidates and agencies based on pre-defined criteria to ensure a high-quality network.
- Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new network members, ensuring smooth integration and communication.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with network members.
- Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging talent pools in target regions.
- Marketing: Assist in developing and implementing marketing initiatives to attract new network members.
- Community Management: Help manage the agency community.
Qualifications
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proven experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of various marketing strategies and channels.
- Proficient in using social media platforms and online tools for recruitment.
- Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
- Passion for building and nurturing relationships.
- Experience working with international teams (preferred).
- Must work North American hours.
