At Ryz Labs, we are seeking a Finance Consultant to join one of our clients' teams. We are looking for a professional with expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials to design, implement, and optimize financial solutions. This role focuses on key modules such as Record to Report (RTR), Procure to Pay (P2P), and Account to Report (ATR).
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and ensure system alignment with business objectives
- Design and optimize Oracle Fusion Financials solutions across modules like RTR, P2P, and ATR
- Develop and generate detailed financial reports tailored to organizational needs
- Facilitate system implementations, upgrades, and configurations for Oracle Fusion Financials
- Provide functional expertise and serve as the primary point of contact for finance-related system queries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver end-to-end financial solutions
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure user adoption and proficiency
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain operational efficiency
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in similar roles
- Proven experience as a Finance Consultant with experience in Oracle Fusion Financials
- In-depth knowledge of financial processes and modules, including RTR, P2P, and ATR
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to design and implement optimized financial solutions
- Experience in report development and financial data analysis
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams
- Familiarity with implementation methodologies and best practices for Oracle Fusion Financials
