At the same time, nurturing customer confidence to reachnew opportunities.Analysing, prospecting and identifying new acquisition channels andsales opportunities.Collaborate with the Delivery team to ensure customer success in theirtransformation.Measurement of the progress by participating in weekly meetings &reviews to build the global company’s strategy.Creative mind to challenge status quo and try out of the box solutionsto generate results and growth for the team.Strong business personality with motivation from exceeding businesstarget reaching the excellence.A flexible problem solver with a positive mindset able to manageambiguity and change in a fast-moving company.RequirementsIdeally, but not mandatory: a university degree in business studies,economics, marketing, management, or a comparable fieldAt least 5 years of hands-on work experience in B2B sales for aconsulting firm, prospecting, and nurturing relationships with CEOs,General Managers, and CHRO/HR DirectorsFluency in Spanish and English is a must; French and German are valuedBenefitsAmazing networking opportunities: your leads are the General Managers,CEOs, and/or HR Directors of the world’s largest companiesA competitive salary with highly attractive commissionsWonderful teammates and clients!
