Responsibilities

• Contact and manage communications with prospective clients from a provided lead list.
• Present and sell company products to new and existing customers.
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
• Analyze the potential of each lead to maximize sales opportunities.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
• Continuously improve through feedback.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 0-2 years in a sales role (preferred but not required).
• Language Skills: Must be bilingual in English and Spanish. A light accent is preferred to facilitate clear communication with diverse clients.
• Location: Must be based in Latin America to align with our market focus and working hours.
• Skills:
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
