Key Responsibilities:

  • Influencer Partnership Management/Execution:
  • Lead the identification, evaluation, and management of influencer partnerships to amplify clients' messaging and effectively reach target audiences.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with influencers and content creators.
  • Oversee influencer campaigns to maintain monthly outreach, gifting, and content goals.
  • Influencer Strategy Development:
  • Support the CEO in developing comprehensive influencer strategies that align with clients' business objectives and brand identities. Leverage insights and best practices to maximize impact and ROI.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to inform strategy development and decision-making.
  • Identify emerging trends, platforms, and technologies to stay ahead of the curve and capitalize on new opportunities for engagement and growth.
  • Community Engagement:
  • Monitor social and influencer conversations and trends within clients' online communities, responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and amplifying positive feedback.
  • Manage and maintain all communications with creators.
  • Implement strategies to encourage user-generated content (UGC), facilitate discussions, and cultivate brand advocates and ambassadors.
  • Content Creation and Curation:
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop content ideas, themes, and campaigns that resonate with target audiences and align with brand objectives.
  • Source and curate compelling content from external sources (creators/influencers) to supplement clients' social media feeds.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting:
  • Monitor and analyze influencer performance metrics and KPIs, providing regular updates and reports to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Identify opportunities for optimization and improvement, leveraging data-driven insights to refine strategies, tactics, and content for maximum impact and effectiveness.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, demonstrating the impact of influencer efforts on business objectives and ROI.
  • Business Development:
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing client accounts by upselling additional services.
  • Participate in pitches and proposals for new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management, influencer relations, or related roles (agency experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of social platforms, influencers, trends, and best practices, with hands-on experience in content creation, scheduling, and engagement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and interact effectively with diverse audiences
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
