Collaborate with the development team to ensure design feasibility and successful implementation.
Product Management
Translate design concepts into clear, actionable tasks on our Linear board.
Prioritize tasks to align with company goals and development timelines.
Act as a liaison between the design and development teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
Provide updates on project progress and help resolve any roadblocks that arise.
What We’re Looking For
Design Skills: Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools. Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups is essential.
Product Management Basics: Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Linear, Jira, Trello) and understanding how to write clear, concise, and actionable tickets.
Collaboration: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Attention to Detail: A keen eye for design and a focus on delivering polished, high-quality work.
Self-Starter: Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Haves
