Key Responsibilities
- Influencer Collaboration:
- Engage with influencers per provided lists, manage follow-ups diligently, and track all communications using Google Sheets or Excel.
- Build and nurture relationships that boost client brand visibility and engagement.
- Content Coordination:
- Coordinate with influencers to ensure timely, high-quality content that aligns with each client’s strategy and goals.
- Multi-Client Management:
- Manage outreach tasks across multiple clients, adapting communication strategies for different target demographics while maintaining brand consistency.
- Organization and Efficiency:
- Organize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations, managing time and resources across multiple projects.
Qualifications
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent spoken and written English is essential.
- Experience: Previous experience in influencer marketing is preferred, especially in customer service or executive assistance within creative companies.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel for data management and tracking.
- Zapier Knowledge is advantageous but not required.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to engage effectively with influencers and internal teams.
