JOB PURPOSE : Therole of Order to Cash - Master Data Senior Analyst : - Owns theoperational master data management such as master data creation andmaintenance in the relevant systems mainly SAP ERP.

It coversvarious data like customer master data and all type of dataallowing process efficiency in the sales orders and disputesmanagement.

• Responsible for the creation / modification of thepricing conditions in the ERP, upon request from Trade team or anyother appointed responsible.
• Liaise with the neighbouringfunctions to ensure optimum lead time in the updates of criticalmaster data. - Ensure data quality in the systems contributing tocontinuous improvement to ensure the most accurate data supportingthe building of the data backbone of the company to ensure futuregrowth.

This role requires a good understanding of Order to Cashactivities, industry trends and data quality principles.ORGANIZATIONAL CONTEXT : Business Operation Finance Services - O2CKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES : - Customer Master Data and data allowingprocess efficiency.

As data approver ensure Data Requestcompletion as responsible for validating and completing master datarequests if needed and applying data governance principles.

Theysupport the development of field names, definitions and formulas. -Create and update customer master data, customer hierarchy,customer assortment, business partners and set up master datablocks on customers.

• Create and maintain transactional masterdata fields influencing the order process. - Understand materialmaster data fields influencing the order process.
• Pricingcreation & modification. About you - Experience : At least 3years’ experience in Customer service, Order to Cash & / ormaster data management, contract & commercial conditionsmanagement or similar (essential) preferably in Pharma.
• Soft andtechnical skills : Good business acumen (advantageous). - Strongproblem solving, deductive and analytical skills (advantageous).
• Hands-on experience of SAP (essential) in S4 Hana preferably, MDG.- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and expertise of MS Excel(essential).
• Ability to interact with internal clients in aprofessional manner (essential). - Is self-motivated, wellorganized, hard-working, detail-minded, clear thinker, quicklearner.
• Well-inclined towards change and has the ability to workunder pressure. - Team player, able to work collaborativelytransversally and with front line teams with an end-to-end mindset(essential).
• Good communication skills (advantageous). -Languages : Excellent English written and verbal. Second Europeanlanguages is a plus.
