Role Overview The Talent Specialist oversees reviewing and keeping track of the profiles sent to Clients and guaranteeing a client is matched with a suitable candidate profile based on their requirements. They analyze profiles, propose suitable matches, and review the proposals with the talent specialist team, as well as assist the team leadership with daily and weekly tasks. Duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following: •Attending daily and weekly team meetings. •Finding and proposing matches. •Updating trackers with new candidates and status changes. •Managing candidate lifecycle stages, including onboarding, status updates, and long-term follow-ups. •Reviewing job requisitions, proposing matches, and tracking placement outcomes. •Coordinating candidate interviews, confirming availability, and managing client communication on job requirements and status updates. •Following up with candidates on assessments, documents, and progress throughout the matchmaking process. •Monitoring performance metrics, such as dispositions, placements, and engagement milestones. •Ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates by addressing concerns and providing updates. What We’re Looking For: •At least 6 months of experience in this, or in a similar role. •Experience with recruitment processes •Advanced/native-level English (written and spoken). •Interpersonal skills •Effective communication •Ability to follow instructions •Emotional intelligence •Attention to detail •Problem solving skills •Sense of Urgency •Organization •Time management •Your own reliable PC, headset, and speedy internet (at least 30MB/s).
