The Position

We're Looking To Hire a NetSuite Analyst To Join Our Team. You'll Work With Our Incredible Clients In One Of Two Ways

• Team Augmentation: You will integrate yourself directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.
• Design & Build: You will work on a FullStack product team to build and deliver a product to our clients.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of professional experience as a Software Analyst.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Proven experience working with NetSuite.
• Experience evaluating and optimizing NetSuite configurations and functionality to ensure they align with business needs and improve overall system performance.
• Experience providing ongoing support to NetSuite users, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders, including management and various departments, to gather requirements and translate them into actionable solutions within NetSuite.
• Experience assisting in planning and executing system upgrades, integrating NetSuite with other software applications, and customizing the platform to meet specific business needs.
• Experience with developing and maintaining comprehensive reports and dashboards within NetSuite to provide insights into business performance, facilitate decision-making, and support strategic initiatives.
• Experience creating and maintaining documentation for processes, configurations, and training materials to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity within the team.
• Experience providing training and support to users on NetSuite best practices, ensuring they understand how to effectively utilize the system.
• Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
• Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
• Forensic attention to detail.
• A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
• Experience working on Agile / Scrum teams.
• Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.

• Ability to consistently work 40 hours per week.
