📋 Description

• Be a part of a collaborative onboarding experience for valued customers

• Guide new customers through onboarding, ensuring successful setup of Uscreen platform

• Provide step-by-step assistance with account configuration and key features

• Own client onboarding, implementation, training, and engagement

• Establish relationships with new customers and understand their challenges

• Ensure timely delivery of solutions aligned with company standards

• Host educational onboarding webinars and 1:1 trainings

• Mitigate churn by addressing leading indicators

• Communicate with customers via phone, email and text

• Maintain an accurate log of activity in the CRM system

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of Implementation, Customer Success, and/or Account Management experience, preferably in SaaS

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset

• Ability to break down technical concepts into clear, easy-to-follow guidance

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple onboarding cases simultaneously

• Experience with SaaS platforms, video streaming, or content creation is a plus

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment

• High sense of urgency and flexibility

• Willing to work as a team and put the team first
