Key Responsibilities:

• Edit video and audio podcast episodes to ensure exceptional quality.
• Sync audio and video tracks, correct audio imperfections, and enhance sound clarity.
• Incorporate client branding, intro/outro music, and graphics as needed.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure content aligns with client branding and goals.
• Stay organized by managing editing timelines and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Maintain open communication with clients via Slack, addressing feedback promptly.
• Stay updated with podcasting trends, editing tools, and techniques to continuously improve content.

What You'll Bring:

• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Respect for deadlines and strong time management skills.
• At least 2 years of experience in podcast editing (audio and video).
• Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Audition, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with audio mixing, mastering, and noise reduction techniques.
• Attention to detail and a creative eye for crafting compelling content.
