We are currently seeking a Project Manager in Bigcommerce integration  to join one of our client teams! 

You are going to join a team of cross-disciplined professionals driven each day by their desire to transform complex challenges into compelling solutions.

Requirements

• Manage the end-to-end BigCommerce implementation process.
• Work with stakeholders to define business requirements for checkout, pricing, and commissions.
• Develop project timelines and coordinate with developers, designers, and QA.
• Ensure integrations with third-party apps (Klaviyo, Adyen, Gorgias, etc.) meet business goals.
• Document workflows and recommend process improvements for eCommerce operations.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years experience in eCommerce project management or business analysis.
• Strong understanding of BigCommerce, MLM platforms, and commission structures.
• Experience with agile project management methodologies.
• Ability to bridge technical and business requirements for seamless execution.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience leading MLM/direct sales eCommerce projects.
• Knowledge of third-party eCommerce integrations and automation.
• Ability to develop business process documentation and training materials.
