Property Manager - Full time

Objective

The goal of this project is to onboard Joel as a Property Manager and ensure the successful listing and management of properties on the Booking.com and Airbnb platforms. The focus will be on efficient property setup, account management, and seamless customer service to facilitate smooth operations and guest bookings.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in property management, hospitality, or customer service. Experience with vacation rentals is a plus.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using property management software, dynamic pricing tools, and online platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional languages are a plus.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
• Organized and Detail-Oriented: Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
• Availability: Flexible working hours
