We're helping one of our clients, Remote Latinos, hire a Real Estate Acquisition Manager. “Providing job opportunities in the real estate investing and wholesaling industry” Compensation: USD7 - 15/hour. Location: Remote (for Mexico, Spain, Puerto Rico, Argentina, Venezuela, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Cuba, Nicaragua, Paraguay, Dominican Republic, Colombia, Equatorial, Uruguay, Perú, Chile, Panamá, Guatemala, Bolivia, El Salvador and Honduras residents). Skills: No experience, but interested in contract management, outbound calls, market research and pipeline management. Responsibilities and more: - Handle inbound leads and inquiries promptly and professionally. - Conduct outbound calls to potential leads to explore acquisition opportunities. - Consistently follow up with leads to maintain engagement and progress through the acquisition pipeline. - Efficiently manage and organize the acquisition pipeline to ensure a smooth process from lead generation to closing. -Build and maintain strong relationships with potential sellers through consistent and professional communication. - Conduct thorough market research and run comparative market analysis (comps) to determine property values. - Deliver Maximum Allowable Offer (MAO) calculations to potential sellers based on comprehensive analysis. - Contract Management using DocuSign.
