Location: Remote from Buenos Aires, Argentina

Salary: $600 - $700 per month

We are currently looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Sales Coordinator to support our sales initiatives in the USA market.

Job Overview: As an Administrative Sales Coordinator, you will play a critical role in expanding our client base and driving our sales efforts forward. This position requires a high level of precision and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Identification: Proactively identify new client leads using job boards.
  • Data Management: Gather comprehensive company and contact information.
  • CRM Database Coding: Accurately input and manage data within our CRM system to track and analyze client engagement.
  • Sales Outreach: Initiate and manage a 60-day automated sales sequence using email, SMS, and LinkedIn to engage potential clients.


Ideal Candidate:

  • Prior experience performing adminsitrative work in an enviroment that values results and urgency.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Fluent English communication.
  • Strong focus and drive to perform high-volume administrative tasks.
  • Results-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in managing CRM platforms is highly preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
