Compensation : USD 1.2k - 1.6k / month. Location : Remote (forMexico, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Bolivia, and El Salvadorresidents).

Mission of Remote Latinos : Our mission is to place10,000+ people from all over Mexico, Central and South Americaincluding South Africa into remote jobs in the real estate spaceand help them increase their value so they can get paid more thanthe average person in their country.

What makes you a strongcandidate : - You are proficient in sales closing, sales, leadgeneration, and resilience. - Spanish Fully fluent.

  • English Fullyfluent. Responsibilities and more : - Soft-selling & closingsales : Engage with prospects over the phone, employing aconsultative approach to close sales.
  • Effective follow-Ups : Maintain and nurture client relationships through timely andstrategic follow-ups. - CRM management : Utilize our CRM platform,Podio, to organize and manage client information and interactions.
  • Operational tasks : Use Google Drive for task management anddocumentation. Qualifications - Proven sales experience : Demonstrable success in phone sales is essential.
  • Multitaskingability : Experience in managing multiple tasks simultaneously. -CRM proficiency : Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Podio.
  • Emotional intelligence : Skilled at reading conversational tones andnuances, with a natural aptitude for phone-based interactions.
  • Resilience & enthusiasm : A proactive and tenacious attitudetoward making calls and closing deals. - Real estate knowledge : Asolid understanding or experience in the real estate industry.
