Responsibilities:
Sales Operations focal point for CALA customers and Sales teams, including orders and shipping status.
Order process from PO receipt to delivery.
Coordination between different global interfaces (operations, finance, sales, product management, services, IT)
etc.
Follow up daily reports and responsible for clearing holds, approvals and booking.
Follow up daily alerts and responsible for data accuracy.
Handling i-Order interface with customers.
Handling credits to customers.
Qualifications:
5 years of sales administration or other similar office experience.
Previous experience with Sales operations / customer service roles.
Previous knowledge of ERP and CRM systems (oracle and salesforce.com, an advantage).
Service oriented
Accurate with attentions to details.
Team player.
Fluent Spanish and English.
Previous experience working in a global company, an advantage.
