The SDR will be responsible for generating new leads and building a strong pipeline of potential clients through strategic outreach on platforms such as Upwork, LinkedIn, and within startup communities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales or lead generation, with a deep understanding of the software development industry.

- Develop and execute innovative strategies to generate leads and identify potential clients through Upwork, LinkedIn, and startup communities.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand industry trends.
- Engage with prospects through personalized outreach messages, emails, and social media interactions.
- Qualify leads based on their potential for business opportunities and schedule meetings with the sales team.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of leads by consistently following up with prospects and nurturing relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and align on target markets.
- Track and report on lead generation activities, providing insights into performance and areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest sales tools and technologies to enhance lead generation efforts.
- Explaining basic features and services being offered to the clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or a similar role, preferably within the software development or tech industry.Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and lead nurturing processes.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn, Upwork, and other social media platforms for lead generation.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively with a remote team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation software is a plus.
