We operate mostly remote, with key offices in Bogotá,Medellín and Mexico City. Requirements Summary As a SalesDevelopment Representative, you’ll be responsible for generatingnew sales opportunities through cold outreach and social media.

You’ll refine cold email strategies using A / B testing to improveconversion rates and identify and qualify prospects by analyzingpotential business needs.

Your role includes setting up meetingsbetween prospects and Sales Executives, managing and expanding yourdatabase, and collaborating closely with the sales team to reachambitious sales targets.

You’ll also participate in pitch sessions,product demos, and training to strengthen your knowledge base andeffectiveness.

Success in this role means consistently exceedingquota targets for qualified leads. Description - Actively seek outnew sales opportunities through cold calling and social media.

  • Develop and enhance cold emailing strategies through A / B testingwith the goal of increasing the meeting conversion rate.
  • Identify, qualify, and develop prospects based on their potentialbusiness needs using your own strategic approach. - Set up meetingsor calls between (prospective) clients and Sales Executives.
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assignedterritory. - Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategiesfor reaching sales targets.
  • Attend and participate in salespitch, product demonstrations, and training sessions. - Meet andexceed quota targets related to the number of qualifiedopportunities generated.
  • Stay up-to-date with newproducts / services and new pricing / payment plans. Qualifications -2+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative or ina similar role.
  • Practical experience with a range of salestechniques, including cold calling. - Proven track record ofachieving sales quotas.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g.,Salesforce or Hubspot). - Familiarity with prospecting tools (e.g.,Salesloft, Apollo, or Amplemarket).
  • Solid understanding of salesperformance metrics. - Excellent verbal and written communicationskills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
