Key Responsibilities:

• Inbound Leads & Conversion:
• Organize and manage leads from multiple channels (Facebook/Instagram, Google Ads, Yelp) 🌐.
• Enter relevant leads into CRM (Go High Level) and focus on converting them into orders 💼.
• Collaborate with the art team to create mockups and proposals for customers 🎨.
• Respond to cold email leads and inbound calls to assess customer needs ☎️.
• Ongoing Conversions:
• Nurture relationships with existing customers to convert leads into repeat orders 🤝.
• Identify short- and long-term customer needs and document them for follow-up 📋.
• Reporting:
• Provide weekly/monthly reports on lead acquisition, conversion rates, and customer needs 🗂️.

Job Requirements:

• Strong understanding of the embroidery and screen printing industry.
• Proficiency with Go High Level, Microsoft Outlook, Excel/Google Sheets 📊.
• Bonus for skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop ✍️.
• Social media knowledge for managing Facebook and Instagram pages 📱.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment ⚡.
• Fluent English communication (both written and verbal) 🗣️.
