Independence Capital, based in Los Angeles, CA, specializes in acquiring government contracts. We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional with experience in B2B, B2C and B2G sales (a plus) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the sales process, with a particular focus on securing government contracts and navigating the complexities of this sector.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales goals by opening new business relationships.
  • Lead Generation and Opportunity Identification: Research and identify new business opportunities, trends, and key industry shifts to generate qualified leads and expand the customer base.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs, offering personalized solutions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze sales data, performance metrics, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and tactics, ensuring continuous improvement in sales outcomes.
  • Identify and secure new clients and business opportunities that drive company growth and expand our market presence

 

Requirements:

 

  • Proven Track Record: Looking for someone with a history of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience in B2B, B2C and B2G sales is a plus.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to close deals and secure favorable terms that benefit both the company and the client.
  • Ability to Identify Opportunities: Spot trends and opportunities in the market, adapt to changes, and work with the team to target potential customers effectively.
  • Data-Driven: Being able to analyze sales data, understand metrics, and use insights to refine strategies and improve performance.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Be empathetic and build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Technology Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Effective English communication, both written and verbal.
  • This is a Work from Home position. The candidate must have its own computer and good internet access.
