Responsibilities:
- Market Research and Competition Analysis: Monitor social media trends, conduct competitor analysis, and stay updated on market developments. Collect data and conduct analyses to develop competitive social media strategies.
- Creating a Social Media Strategy: Develop strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and strengthen customer relationships.
- Content Planning and Management: Prepare content calendars, produce engaging content, and ensure timely sharing of content across social media platforms.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and analyze social media campaigns to achieve marketing objectives.
- Community Management: Identify online communities, plan and take an active role in these communities.
- Manage communities, respond to user comments, and ensure strong communication with the audience.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting: Report on social media activities and performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Proven experience in social media strategy, content planning, and campaign management.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Experience in community management and engaging with online communities.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze and report on social media performance.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms.
- Previous experience in a social media specialist or similar role is preferred.
- The ability to work remotely with reliable internet access and a computer is a must.
