JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure effective recruiting across all departments of the company
• Manage multiple open positions at the same time
• Talking with hiring managers to understand role requirements
• Create job descriptions, distribute them on relevant job boards, filter ideal candidates and coordinate the interview process
• Create and send offer letters

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 2 years experience working in talent acquisition, ideally in a marketing agency
• Experience working in a remote, global team
• Fluent English (written and oral)
• Ability to work under pressure and plan personal workload effectively
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple open roles at the same time
• Ability to strategize and solve problems
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Bachelor’s degree in management, human resources, or other relevant field (preferred but not necessary)
