Who We’re Looking For:
A Talent Acquisition Specialist to support and improve how our company attracts and selects new hires. The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and can determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. The recruiter's responsibilities include sourcing, crafting job descriptions and maintaining databases with candidate information. Ultimately, you will help keep our hiring process smooth and ensure we recruit and retain high-performing employees, while creating an employer of choice brand image.
What You’ll Do:
The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to start date, as well as providing support in the onboarding process and talent retention.
- Source candidates, conduct screening interviews, facilitate manager interviews, document the process and feedback in our ATS, and negotiate and deliver offers
- Manage multiple searches for multiple hiring managers across the country, staying organized and following up regularly to keep the process moving
- Work directly with hiring managers as well as executives, creating strong relationships and becoming a trusted advisor in the recruiting and hiring of talent
- Engage in social media activities to promote hiring opportunities and contribute to a positive employer brand
- Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in department and services performed
- Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment
- Organize and/or assist with special recruiting programs
- Work with third-party vendors to hire contractors when needed
Skills, Background and Qualities You Possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
- 3+ years of recruiting experience to include sourcing your own candidates
- Experience recruiting for Wireless Network Deployment and Field Services staff is preferred
- Experience recruiting for Wireless or similar industries preferred
- Organized and detail-oriented, able to prioritize and drive forward both the daily tactical activities as well as strategic initiatives
- A team player in the truest sense, with an ability to support team members and work with partners across different time zones
- A work ethic to drive projects and tasks to finish on time, overcoming any obstacles along the way
- A desire to take the initiative, seizing opportunities when you see them
