We are seeking a TradeOps Monitoring Specialistto strengthen our market-making operations and ensure the seamless performance of our trading systems. This role is ideal for individuals with a keen eye for detail, strong operational discipline, and an understanding of cryptocurrency trading environments. The ideal candidate will focus on monitoring activities, identifying anomalies, and enhancing operational procedures to maintain and improve system efficiency.  

Key Responsibilities:  

- Follow and execute established SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for trade operations monitoring to ensure consistent and reliable system performance.  

- Act as the first line of defense in detecting and reporting trading anomalies within our market-making algorithms.  

- Continuously improve monitoring procedures to ensure swift identification of system issues, performance bottlenecks, or potential risks.  

- Monitor trading activity across multiple exchanges in real time, ensuring adherence to operational benchmarks and minimizing downtime.  

- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve technical issues or unusual trading patterns promptly.  

- Maintain comprehensive documentation of monitoring activities, identified anomalies, and their resolution for transparency and process improvement.  

Requirements:  

- At least 1 year of experience in the cryptocurrency space, with exposure to centralized exchange operations.  

- Solid understanding of centralized exchange features such as trading interfaces, APIs, and processes for deposits and withdrawals.  

- Minimum 1 year of experience in an operational role, ideally involving system monitoring or trading operations.  

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.  

- Effective communication skills for reporting issues clearly and escalating appropriately.  

Nice to Have:  

- Familiarity with trading algorithms or market-making strategies.  

- Basic knowledge of scripting or automation tools for operational efficiency (e.g., Python).  

- Experience monitoring operations on decentralized exchanges or other trading platforms.
