Demalia is a marketing agency that has seen tremendous growth and success in the past years and as we continue to expand, we are growing our team!

We are looking for an Admin and Accounting specialist who loves “crunching numbers” and knows how to deal with people, both internally with the team and externally with clients and suppliers.

Main responsibilities;


  • Support communication, organization, and general business needs as necessary.
  • Control software and general expenses.
  • Accounting: process invoices, control of payments and debt collection, and bank reconciliation, multi-accounts and multi-currency.
  • Collect data and prepare various administrative reports.
  • Provide support in managing projects related to the property market.
  • Proactively follow up with stakeholders to gather and document feedback.
  • Keep your projects on track by managing the right people, materials, and support needed to get the job done.


What we’re looking for;


  • Fluent Spanish
  • Good English (English-speaking workplace)
  • 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced, international environment and similar position.
  • Knowledge about European taxation and accounting
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, team player, kind & friendly
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, and complete them timely and effectively.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Honest, trustworthy and respectful
