Responsibilities:
Proactively assist with client outreach, manage and organize advisors' schedules, ensuring efficient time management.
Utilize DocuSign for document handling and ensure all records are up-to-date within CRM systems.
Support client onboarding processes, handle administrative tasks, and provide exceptional client service.
Perform a variety of general office administration duties to ensure smooth office operations.
Assist advisors with prospecting activities, lead management, and client submissions to support business development efforts.
Manage and organize internal documents, promotional materials, and digital folder structures.
Requirements
2+ years experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role preferably in a start-up company.
Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.
Experience working with CRM systems and maintaining accurate and up-to-date client information.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
